zone 1
Free domestic delivery applies to shipping and handling expenses on purchases of € 90,-- or more.
We charge a flat-rate of € 4,95 for shipping and handling on purchases of less than € 90,--.
For domestic COD delivery please add € 4,--.
For express deliveries the actual price is charged.

zone 2
For delieveries to EU-Member-States: Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium and Czech Republic we charge € 6,95 up to a  total purchase of € 120,-
From € 120,- on we ship carriage paid.

zone 3
For deliveries to the rest of the EU-Member-States as well as Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, San Marino, Monaco and Vatican we charge a flat-rate of € 12,95 .
Please note for deliveries to NON-EU-Member-States:
Duties, taxes and all charges are to be paid by the purchaser and not included in the price. TThese fees will be charged upon delivery of the package. Detailed information can be requested by the Customs Authority of each country.

zone 4
For delieveries to USA, Canada,  Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Mauritius,Turkey, Gibraltar and Croatia we charge € 28,95.
Duties, taxes and all charges are to be paid by the purchaser and not included in the price. These fees will be charged upon delivery of the package. Detailed information can be requested by the Customs Authority of each country.

We ship by DHL or UPS depending on the destination country as an assured consignment.
From experience, the delivery time within Germany up to a distance of 500 km is 1 day. It usually takes 2 days for more than 500 km.
We cannot guarantee for these delivery times.

Outside Germany (Europe) and Overseas the delivery normally takes approx. 3-4 days respectively 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
